  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You may cancel your course enrollment within 5 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To cancel, please submit a cancellation request through your account settings or email us at  support@profedemy.com . Cancellation requests received after 5 days will not be processed.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Refunds may be issued for technical difficulties or course quality issues on a case-by-case basis.
  • Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
    • Discounted courses or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds. Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please provide supporting documentation for your request.
